Winter snowfall is coming back

Summary

Expect one more day of partly sunny skies and skiing the groomers. But you’ll notice the clouds increasing later in the day. It’s has been a good run of sunny skiing, but the party is over with winter and powder potential returning. I was up at Crystal Tuesday and the skiing was good on the groomers, while firm chalky on the off-piste north facing and variable/firm off-piste on the south facing. A few thin spots are showing up on the ridges (Six & Northway), but overall coverage is good to excellent. It was chilly, but nobody was there and that is so much fun if you can get away during the week.
