Rain changing to snow Monday night

Summary

A powerful (and warm) atmospheric river event has produced heavy rain and flooding while reducing mountain snowpack. Fortunately, a cold front moving through on Monday afternoon will result in rapidly falling snow levels and snow showers for ski resorts through Tuesday. The next storm will arrive on Thursday-Friday with moderate snow amounts expected.
