Atmospheric river, rain/snow, and an early cold snap ahead

Summary

Snow showers will linger across the PNW on Wed with low snow levels. The next storm will impact the area from Thu night to Sat night and will involve an atmospheric river with heavy snow initially in WA & Northern ID turning to rain on Friday as a warm front arrives. Rain changes back to snow on Saturday with mod/heavy amounts for the WA & OR Cascades. Sun-Tue looks cold with additional snow.
