Lingering snow, then cold and dry

Summary

Snow levels plummeted to unseasonably low levels over the weekend while ski areas throughout the PNW received welcome snow accumulations. The storm track is shifting southward early this week with lingering snow favoring the ID Panhandle on Mon and Southern & Eastern Oregon on Tue. A dry pattern will set up over the second half of the week with below-average temps.
