Saturday Recap

On Saturday morning, another 1-2 inches of snow accumulated, and then the steady snow let up with just a few showers during the afternoon and evening.

Sunday (March 23)

Sunday morning's conditions should be soft due to the snow that fell on Saturday.

Otherwise, Sunday will be partly cloudy with temperatures starting around 20°F and rising to the low 30s by the afternoon.

On Sunday night, a few snow showers could track close to the mountain and may generate a bit of accumulation.

Monday (March 24)

On Monday, storm energy will track just to the north of Colorado, and this should create partly to mostly cloudy skies with a few snow showers. The high temperature should be in the mid-to-upper 30s.

Tuesday (March 25)

Tuesday will be mostly sunny and warm with a high temperature in the 40s.

Wednesday (March 26)

Wednesday will be mostly sunny and even warmer with a high temperature in the upper 40s.

Thursday (March 27)

Thursday will be partly to mostly sunny and continued warm with a high temperature in the upper 40s.

Friday (March 28)

As a storm approaches, Friday should be cloudier and cooler with a high temperature in the low-to-mid 40s.

Saturday & Sunday (Mar 29-30)

The next storm will likely bring at least some snow during the weekend of March 29-30, and temperatures on both days should be in the 30s.

Longer Range

The longest-range forecast models, which extend out through early April, show a high chance for additional snowfall. So after next week's spring conditions, the atmosphere should flip back toward more winter-like conditions, at least now again through the first 5-10 days of April.
