Friday morning will start with mostly clear skies, and sunshine will continue throughout the day with a high temperature in the upper 20s.

Saturday & Sunday

Saturday and Sunday will be dry and mostly sunny, and the high temperature will be warmer, reaching 30-35°F each day.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

An intense storm will bring snow to Colorado on Monday and Tuesday.

On Monday, we may see some fresh snow by the last chair.

Monday night through Tuesday should be the timing of the most intense snow. We may also see gusty winds on Monday night and Tuesday morning, and then for most of Tuesday, the wind speed may slow down with snow continuing throughout the afternoon.

On Tuesday night, I am unsure if we will see a few extra inches of accumulation or if the storm will end by Tuesday afternoon.

For snow totals, I'll go with a range of 10-20 inches, with potentially higher than 20 inches if everything comes together just right. I'll refine these numbers during the next few days.

I think Tuesday will be the deepest powder day, and snow quality should transition from thicker on Monday and Monday night, to fluffier by Tuesday morning and midday.

Longer Range

We will see dry weather from Wednesday, February 28 to Saturday, March 2.

Then the next storm will bring snow from Sunday, March 3 to Monday, March 4.

And after that, another storm should bring more snow from Friday, March 8 to Saturday, March 9.
