Fresh snow, showers (mostly) ending

Summary

We saw 4-5 inches of snow on Saturday evening, and I think most of the storm's accumulating snow is finished.

Update

Saturday

Saturday brought snow showers with little accumulation, and then on Saturday evening, 4-5 inches accumulated across the mountain. Woohoo!

Sunday

Sunday will likely be a drier day with most of the snow showers staying to the south of the mountain. The high temperature should be in the mid-20s.

Monday & Tuesday

Monday and Tuesday will be partly sunny with a few snow showers roaming around, especially on Tuesday afternoon and Tuesday night. The high temperature each day will be in the low 30s.

Wednesday & Thursday

On Wednesday and Thursday, expect partly sunny and mostly dry weather with a high temperature in the 30s. During each afternoon, clouds and snow showers might form close by, but I am not expecting much or any snow accumulation.

Friday

Friday will likely be cloudier with snow showers and light accumulations. These snow showers will form as moisture streams over Colorado in advance of the next storm. The high temperature should be in the 30s.

Saturday

I think Saturday will be partly sunny and mostly dry with a high temperature in the 30s. We will be waiting for the next storm to arrive.

Longer Range

The next storm will likely arrive on Sunday, March 24, or Monday, March 25. Monday has a higher chance of being the deeper powder day, so we'll pencil that in for now. On Tuesday and Wednesday, snow showers may continue in the wake of Monday's storm. Then we could see drier weather later next week, around Thursday, March 28, and Friday, March 29. Looking further ahead, another storm should bring snow to Colorado sometime between Saturday, March 30 and the first few days of April.

My next update will be Monday morning.
