Saturday
Saturday's first chair will offer 4-5 inches of new snow which fell on Friday night. This was on top of the 1-2 inches that fell on Friday, so conditions will be delightfully fun on Saturday morning.
Saturday's weather should be dry with partly sunny skies and a high temperature in the mid-20s.
Saturday Night
On Saturday night, the next storm will stay to the north of Telluride and there will likely be no new snow.
Sunday
Sunday's weather will be dry, mostly sunny, and warmer with a high temperature in the low 30s.
Sunday Night & Monday
The next storm will again stay mostly to the north of Telluride, though there could be some flakes and low-end accumulation on Monday. The high temperature on Monday will be colder with a reading in the upper teens.
Longer Range
Tuesday through Friday should be dry with high temperatures warming from the teens early in the week into the 20s during the end of the week. There could be snow showers on Tuesday, December 31, though at this point, I think accumulations will be low.
Farther ahead, the period from January 4-7 looks interesting as the storm track may drop from the north into Colorado and bring multiple days of snow. Stay tuned.
