Looking at the forecast for the next week, Telluride will be on the edge of the storm track, with most storms and most of the snowfall staying just to the north.
Chances for light snow and maybe a bit of accumulation will occur on Sunday night into Monday, again on Tuesday, on Wednesday night, and then any time in the January 4-8 timeframe. With some luck, one of these storms could track farther to the south and bring more than 'a little' snow to Telluride.
New snow aside, the snowpack is a healthy 108% of the 30-year average, and the weather will be gorgeous with partly-to-mostly sunny skies for a lot of the week, warm conditions on Sunday with a high in the low 30s, cooler temperatures in the upper teens to low 20s on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, then warming into the upper 20s to low 30s on Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
