Monday Recap
Monday was perfectly sunny with a high temperature in the 30s.
Tuesday (Mar 11)
Tuesday will be partly cloudy as a storm tracks to the south of Colorado. Temperatures will continue to be warm, with a high in the 30s.
Wednesday (Mar 12)
On Tuesday night into Wednesday, the southern storm will likely continue to make the sky partly cloudy, and there might be just a few snowflakes in the air. Wednesday will again be warm with a high temperature in the 30s.
Thursday (Mar 13)
On Thursday, skies will become mostly cloudy as the next storm approaches, and temperatures will be in the upper 20s to low 30s. Snow showers could begin anytime around or after midday, with maybe some snow accumulation by last chair.
Friday (Mar 14)
Friday morning should offer untouched powder due to the 4-8 inches of snow that will fall on Thursday night, and it could snow for much of the day on Friday with an additional 3-6 inches of accumulation.
Saturday (Mar 15)
Saturday morning will start with soft conditions due to the leftover snow from Friday.
There should be a break in the snowfall on Saturday morning, and then another round of snow will track across Colorado from Saturday midday through Saturday night.
Sunday (Mar 16)
Sunday morning could once again be powdery due to the additional 3-7 inches of snow that will likely fall on Saturday afternoon and Saturday night.
Otherwise on Sunday, the weather should be dry and warmer, with a high temperature of around 30°F.
Next Week
Monday (March 17) will be dry and warm with a high temperature in the mid-30s.
Tuesday (March 18) will start with dry weather, then snow will fall from later Tuesday, through Tuesday night and continue on Wednesday (March 19).
Wednesday should be a powder day due to the snow from Tuesday night and more falling on Wednesday.
Then, from March 20-26 and beyond, the forecast is uncertain. Some model versions show storms continuing, and other model versions show drier and warmer weather. I have no clue what will happen:-)
