Sunday Recap

Sunday was mostly sunny with a high temperature from the upper 20s to the upper 30s.

Monday (March 24)

Monday will be mostly sunny and warm with a high temperature in the low 40s.

Tuesday (March 25)

Tuesday will be mostly sunny and warm with a high temperature in the mid-40s.

Wednesday (March 26)

Wednesday will be mostly sunny and even warmer with a high temperature in the upper 40s.

Thursday (March 27)

Thursday will be partly to mostly sunny and continued warm with a high temperature in the upper 40s.

Friday (March 28)

As a storm approaches, Friday should be cloudier and cooler with a high temperature in the low 40s.

Longer Range

Starting this weekend, an area of storminess will stall off the West Coast and waves of storm energy should track eastward into Colorado from time to time.

My best estimate for the timing of this storm energy and resulting snowfall is:

  • Saturday & Sunday (March 29-30)

  • Tuesday & Wednesday (April 1-2)

  • Thursday to Saturday (April 3-5)

Overall, I have low confidence in the timing and strength of any of these storms, but the main point is that winter isn't over just yet, and the last few days of March and the first 5-10 days of April should bring times of stormy weather.
