Snow showers likely up high...

Snow showers will be likely today (Monday), tonight, and tomorrow as another storm slowly pushes thru the region.  Snow levels will be up high, with accumulations confined to areas above 7,000 feet.  Snowbird is the only open resort now.  I'd expect 5-10" of new snow by midday Tuesday.

Another couple systems will be pushing into the Great Basin and desert southwest later this week into the weekend.  These will be enough to keep scattered showers in the region thru much of the week with snow levels rising further up to 8000 feet or so.  Any snow that does fall later this week will be very dense.
