WATCH: Interlodge at Alta Ski Area

Interlodge. The meaning behind the word is widely unknown, yet it evokes mystery and intrigue among powder skiers across the globe. Little Cottonwood Canyon in Utah can receive unprecedented snowfall events, as witnessed during the February 2021 storm cycle in which Alta Ski Area recorded 100 inches. These large storm events, coupled with Little Cottonwood Canyon's unique geography, necessitates Interlodge.
