Snow storms tapering off, sunshine moving in

Summary

The snow storms are tapering off in most parts of Idaho on Friday, and skies will clear in some locations for some bluebird skiing this weekend on top of fresh snow. Pomerelle, Magic Mountain and Pebble Creek are expected to get 3-7 inches of new snow today, and more snow tonight, before the storm system leaves southeast Idaho. Light snow will fall through the weekend at Brundage Mountain, Tamarack Resort, and Northern Idaho resorts before sunshine is expected to come on Sunday and Monday.
