Snowy ‘Prez’s Day’ Weekend Possible

Summary

A high-pressure ridge brings a mix of sun and clouds Wednesday and Thursday before breaking down Friday as a series of shortwave disturbances move through the state on a NW flow aloft. Generally light accumulations through Sunday west of the Divide, with some higher amounts (up to 8”) possible east of the Divide. Better chances for more significant snowfall appear for Presidents Day Monday.
