New England Daily Snow

By Plymouth State, Forecasters Posted 6 years ago December 22, 2018
Cold temperatures return, along with some snow showers
Summary
Unseasonably warm temperatures are in store for this Saturday morning, followed by a cold front passage in the afternoon. The return of below-freezing temperatures will change any lingering moisture from the departing low pressure system into snow. Northernmost resorts will likely see 1-4” of new snow from upslope snow showers. A weak area of low pressure will spark up snow showers across southern New England on Monday, bringing light accumulations to southern resorts by Christmas morning. High pressure regains control through the majority of the week.
