Time to Make it Rain
Summary
With winter quickly approaching here in New England, we aren’t getting quite the snow that we need for the slopes to start off the ski season. However, many mountains have begun to open to the public, reporting between half a foot to more than two feet of base depth. With temperatures dropping below freezing for the overnight lows, snow makers are able to make a little more progress in regards to producing favorable skiing conditions. Unfortunately, the upcoming systems moving into the region will be more in the way of rainmakers than snow makers.
