Calm before the storm, Tues = low to mid-end powder day

Summary

Saturday and Sunday will feel like spring. Monday is a colder transition day ahead of next storm. *Note later arrival of storm on Monday from previous forecast: first period of snow should now start after lifts close Monday into Tuesday morning with 2-5 inches by first chair. A second period of snow on Tuesday brings another 1-5 inches along with frigid single-digit temps. Expect combined storm totals of 3-10 inches, deepest totals likely at Taos and highest elevation northern mountains. Tuesday morning best chance for powder. Tuesday storm ski and afternoon soft on soft. Wednesday morning wildcard. Wednesday and Thursday will be dry and frigid. Friday starts to warm back up. Chance for light refreshes February 8 and 9, but all eyes are on the next storm from the southwest sometime between February 10 and 12.
