Cold and Dry...

Summary

We clear out by this afternoon but we still have strong wind gusts on the mountain tops. Highs only in the 20's today, to near freezing at lake level. Sunny skies through the weekend and into early next week. Highs start cold Thursday, in the 20's on the mountains to low 30's at lake level. Highs warm Friday into next week into the upper 30's on the mountains to low 40's at lake level. Winds may continue to be breezy on the mountains. We are watching a weak system for next Tuesday that could reinforce the cold air and bring some light snow. Then back to sunny and dry conditions for the 2nd half of next week. The last few days of the month and into January we are watching to see if a new pattern sets up that could bring more significant snowfall.
