On Monday, we saw 6 inches of snow during the day then another 1 inch at night for a 24-hour total of about 7 inches at mid-mountain.

Now on Tuesday morning, there will be leftover soft powder thanks to the snow on Monday. Also, the sun is shining and the temperature is very cold with readings between about -15°F to 0°F across the mountain. Brr! We should warm up into the single digits above zero today, and the sun will do its best to warm up the air, but it will be a chilly day.

For Wednesday, we'll have warmer temperatures in the teens with partly cloudy skies, Thursday will be warmer with a high in the 20s and mostly sunny skies, and Friday will be warmer still with a high temperature close to 30°F with thin clouds filtering the sunshine.

Our next chances for snow will be on Friday night into Saturday (a weak storm), on Sunday night into Monday (a stronger storm), then maybe around February 10, and again around February 12-14.
