Update

The first part of a three-part storm brought snow from Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning. The mid-mountain snow stake picked up 2 inches on Saturday and 2 inches on Saturday night for a 24-hour total of 4 inches. This was near the top end of our 2-5 inch forecast. Sunday morning’s first turns should be soft.

On Sunday, expect snow showers in the morning with some additional accumulation, and then likely a mix of dry weather and snow showers during the midday and afternoon.

The second part of the storm will bring snow on Monday between about 2 am to noon. The wind direction from the southwest and west-southwest will not be favorable so I’ll keep my expectation low and call for 2-5 inches.

The third part of the storm will bring snow from Tuesday late afternoon through Tuesday night. Thanks to most models agreeing that we'll see a short-duration yet intense band of snow, I’ll increase my forecast to 4-8 inches. Wednesday morning's first chair will offer soft turns.

This storm cycle will throw one more storm at us with snow from Thursday night through Friday afternoon. I expect 5-10+ inches with some powder on Friday morning's first chair and conditions getting deeper through the day.

I hope that you’re enjoying (or about to enjoy) all of this snow!

Thanks for reading and check back each morning for daily updates!
