Summary
Mostly cloudy skies are forecast for Idaho's ski areas on Thursday, with a chance of rain/snow mix this afternoon. High temperatures are forecast in the mid- to high 40s. Cooler temperatures are forecast to move into Idaho on Friday and Friday night, bringing a good chance of snow this weekend. Snow levels are expected to drop to about 5,000 feet by Saturday in most locations. That's good news for a pond-skimming event at Brundage, a Duck Derby at Schweitzer, and other fun activities.
